"What is Contentment" Pastor Andrew Chrysler, 5/11/14

Pastor Andrew spoke this week on Contentment focusing on Philippians 4:10-13 (NKJV) "But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly that now at last your care for me has flourished again; though you surely did care, but you lacked opportunity. Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content: I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."When we look to the Lord Jesus and seek him, we will be content - That is the only way.

Looking For Growth - Pastor Andrew Chrysler 5/4/14

Pastor Andrew speaks this week from 1 Corinthians 3:5-8 (NKJV) "Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers through whom you believed, as the Lord gave to each one? 6 I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase...."God is the one who brings the growth around us and we need to continue to plant seed and water it and look for the growth God is bringing. 

"Leave and Cleave" - Pastor Andrew Chrysler, 4/27/14

Pastor Andrew speaks this week from Genesis 2:24 "Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh." But rather than just speak about marriage, Pastor Andrew relates it to us being the bride of Christ as it says in Ephesians 5:31-32  "For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church." As we looked at the wedding vows we speak to each other how we could say those same vows to God as we look at our relationship with Him.
