Jesus said "In the world you will have tribulation, take courage, I've overcome the world" (John 16:33) We know that change always brings about concern and tribulation but as Pastor Andrew will teach this week, God provides stability even in change.

Richard and Dawn Johnson from Christian Formation Ministries

This week we were blessed to have Richard and Dawn Johnson from Christian Formation Ministries join us last week to speak.

Bishop Richard H. and Reverend Dawn Marie Johnson have been engaged in full-time ministry throughout the United States and Canada since 1994.For almost ten of those years, Richard, Dawn, and their kids lived full-time in a fifth-wheel trailer in church parking lots all over North America.By the time they came off the road in 2005, they had ministered in thirty-eight states and four Canadian provinces, comforting and encouraging hurting people in prisons, jails, juvenile detention centers, residential re-entry programs, churches, home fellowships, and many other venues. In January of 2005, Richard and Dawn started Christian Formation Ministries, Inc. (CFM), in New Albany, Indiana.

This week Pastor Andrew reminds us of the "Blessed Hope" we have in our God. As Job says "I know my Redeemer lives" we can all have the same hope in our Lord that he is alive and we will see Him one day!
Job 19:25-27

And He shall stand at last on the earth;
26 And after my skin is destroyed, this I know,
That in my flesh I shall see God,
27 Whom I shall see for myself,
And my eyes shall behold, and not another.
How my heart yearns within me!
