We all need examples to follow. We should be examples to our children on how to live life and we should also be an example to those around us. This week Pastor Andrew talks about being a good example.

1 Timothy 4:12

12 Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

Happy New Year to all! As we start the new year, Its always a good idea to remember the blessing of the past year as we look forward to the excitement of new opportunities. Lets always remember to "Give thanks to the Lord!"

Psalm 105:1-5 Oh, give thanks to the LORD! Call upon His name; Make known His deeds among the peoples! 2 Sing to Him, sing psalms to Him; Talk of all His wondrous works! 3 Glory in His holy name; Let the hearts of those rejoice who seek the LORD! 4 Seek the LORD and His strength; Seek His face evermore! 5 Remember His marvelous works which He has done, His wonders, and the judgments of His mouth,

Merry Christmas all! Listen as Pastor Andrew give a  message about the Child we are celebrating.

Isaiah 9:6-7

6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

We know a lot of people are hurting this time of year as we remember loved ones whom we have lost. This is something we all experience but we have a God who cares about that and will bring us comfort when times are difficult. Listen as Pastor Andrew talks about "Comfort for a Broken Heart"

Psalm 34:18 (NKJV)

18 The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as have a contrite spirit.

You have all had that problem, heading off to work and boom there goes that ox falling into a ditch again! But today it is the Sabbath! What's a good man to do. Listen and Pastor Andrew will let you know!

Luke 14:5

5 Then He answered them, saying, "Which of you, having a donkey or an ox that has fallen into a pit, will not immediately pull him out on the Sabbath day?"

Last week Pastor Andrew spoke on how God longs to give you the desires of your heart. Listen and see how that can happen in your life

Psalm 37:4 Delight yourself also in the LORD, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

This week Pastor Andrew has returned from his travels. He thanks Pastor Phelps for filling in for him. The message this week is "Be Peaceful" listen and learn how we can be at peace in this busy world.

Romans 12:18

18 If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men.

November 19th,  Pastor David A. Phelps spoke again and continued his series on Nehemiah, this time in chapter 4 looking at the trouble they faced rebuilding the wall.

Nehemiah 4 1-4

When Sanballat heard that we were rebuilding the wall, he became angry and was greatly incensed. He ridiculed the Jews, and in the presence of his associates and the army of Samaria, he said, “What are those feeble Jews doing? Will they restore their wall? Will they offer sacrifices? Will they finish in a day? Can they bring the stones back to life from those heaps of rubble—burned as they are?”

Tobiah the Ammonite, who was at his side, said, “What they are building—even a fox climbing up on it would break down their wall of stones!”

Hear us, our God, for we are despised. Turn their insults back on their own heads. Give them over as plunder in a land of captivity. Do not cover up their guilt or blot out their sins from your sight, for they have thrown insults in the face of[b] the builders.

This week Pastor Andrew is back and is talking about not just joining the team but being a part of the team. Listen and learn how you can do that.

This week Pastor David A. Phelps brings a message called Building the Team. Listen and learn how Nehemiah built the team that rebuilt Jerusalem.
